Trampeo masivo en variedades extratempranas de cítricos, caqui y granado

Con motivo de la campaña contra Ceratitis capitata Wied, la Conselleria de Agricultura facilita a los agricultores trampas con Deltametrina para el trampeo masivo de variedades extratempranas de cítricos (Marisol, Clausellina, Clemenrubí (Pri-23), Basol, Oronules, Arrufatina, Hashimoto, Loretina, Beatriz, Clemenpons, Esbal, Oroval, Satsuma Owari, Clemennapo, Mioro, Iwasaki, Primosole, Okitsu, Clemensoon, Clemenclara, Orogros, Cultifort, Oct488, Nero, Capola y Clemenval), de caqui y granado, tanto para cultivos ecológicos como convencionales.

En la parte inferior se adjunta un modelo de autorización en el cual deberá aportarse los datos del agricultor y la parcela. Cada solicitud deberá agrupar una superficie mínima de una hectárea.

El reparto se realiza para cubrir la mitad de la superficie declarada, en función de las existencias, siempre que el agricultor se encargue de cubrir la otra mitad de la superficie mediante la compra de las trampas y su colocación. Se deberá aportar factura de compra (reciente) de trampas de trampeo masivo, que se encuentre inscrita en el Registro de productos fitosanitarios del Ministerio de Agricultura.

Sólo podrán suministrarse productos fitosanitarios para uso profesional a titulares del carné de usuario profesional de productos fitosanitarios. En el caso de que la entrega se realice a nombre de una persona jurídica o del titular de una explotación, quien reciba el producto deberá acreditar que posee autorización o poder de dicha persona jurídica o titular de explotación para actuar y efectuar la recepción en su nombre.

Resolución de 31 de mayo de 2018, del director general de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, por la que se establece la tipificación de los incumplimientos de compromisos y obligaciones exigidos a los beneficiarios de la ayuda a las inversiones en explotaciones agrarias mediante planes de mejora al amparo de la Orden 29/2016 y las correspondientes reducciones y penalizaciones a aplicar sobre el importe de la ayuda.

Jornada de Comunicación en materia de prevención de incendios agrícolas y forestales.

CAMPAÑA DE COMUNICACION/CONCIENCIACION EN MATERIA DE PREVENCION DE INCENDIOS EN LA INTERFAZ AGRICOLA-FORESTAL

Ayer, se celebró la última jornada en la provincia de Castellón para la campaña de comunicación/concienciación en materia de prevención de incendios forestales en la interfaz agrícola-forestal en el marco de la iniciativa ‘Stop al Foc‘. Concretamente para esta provincia, se celebró en la Casa de la Cultura de Les Coves de Vinromá.

Se trató de una sesión de retorno para exponer las conclusiones extraídas de las sesiones informativas y participativas que se han hecho durante los meses de abril y mayo en ciertas localidades como Betxí, l’Alcora, Jérica, Xert…con el fin de favorecer el dialogo entre los diferentes actores del sector agrario y forestal, diseñar escenarios de futuro que contemplen alternativas consensuadas para la quema de restos de poda, generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio basadas en los principios de la economía circular, así como dar a conocer alternativas que ya están realizándose con éxito en el campo de la valorización energética, todo ello para definir el nuevo marco normativo en materia de regulación de quemas.

La jornada se compuso a grandes rasgos de una primera parte de inauguración del acto y presentación de los resultados obtenidos en las anteriores sesiones, por el secretario autonómico de Medio Ambiente, Fran Quesada y el personal encargado de la recopilación de toda la información de sesiones anteriores, una segunda parte de una mesa redonda en la que por parte de FEPAC-ASAJA contamos con nuestro responsable en materia forestal, Marc Osuna, además de contar con la presencia en esta de un responsable de la Estación experimental Agraria, un representante de la Federación de Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de la Comunidad Valenciana, la técnica de medio ambiente del ayuntamiento de Serra, así como la presencia del Director territorial de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente,y Cambio Climático, Antoni Lluís García Sanz, y para finalizar , una tercera parte donde la directora general de Prevención de Incendios Forestales, Delia Álvarez, dio sus últimas conclusiones, y visiones del proceso.

Entre las alternativas que se pusieron encima de la mesa hay que destacar la trituración, la valorización energética, compostaje/abono, así como la ganadería extensiva como herramienta de gestión de este tipo de residuos, dando a conocer y debatiendo sus principales ventajas, así como los aspectos a tener en cuenta dentro de cada alternativa.

El responsable de FEPAC-ASAJA, Marc Osuna, destacó en su intervención que “las alternativas propuestas serán una oportunidad para el agricultor, y no un problema, ya que generarán valor añadido a las explotaciones, tanto agrícolas como forestales”.

Han participado en esta campaña más de 250 participantes a través de las 18 sesiones que han tenido lugar por todo el territorio de la Comunitat Valenciana. Entre los asistentes, encontramos consorcios para la gestión de residuos, ayuntamientos, expertos universitarios, técnicos de la administración local y autonómica, agricultores, propietarios forestales etc
